Hello Kitty Smart LED...HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY/DREADFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES

I purchased the Hello Kitty Smart LED wall mirror from Impressions Vanity. The mounting squares in back are not built as one with the mirror's frame/body. They are placed on the back with some type of foamy adhesive labels, which failed on my over $300 mirror but luckily it was mounted over a desk and I was present when it began to slip downwards, so all was not lost because had it broken, yes, all would have been lost as I was told by their customer service. Apparently this is not covered as a manufacturer issue. The agent had the nerve to repeatedly state this as being a user issue as if I was there when these were getting built so I could have tossed that mounting design. Only the electrical is possibly covered after 24 hours, so this would have needed to have failed on me within 24 hours of having received it for them to take ownership of the issue. I would have to foot the bill for the return shipping because in their eyes the production of the mirror falls within the area of user error. Then the thing went on sale 11 days after I purchased it, not received it, purchased it (approximately $80 less). I know a lot of companies will honor the sale price if it is within 2wks-a month. It had to have gone on sale within 3 days of my having purchased it, despite the issue I encountered with their product. This is when I tried to work something out with the company due to the faulty craftmanship that I would keep the product and I would have no problem using a fail proof adhesive with the condition of the sale price being honored. This was refused and this was when the details to their return policy came to light in great detail. It was my mistake for not having given much thought on reading their policy because I consider certain stores with real stringent policies as worst case scenario but now there is a new bar that has created a whole new awareness in me. In addition to this big hello kitty mirror I also purchased two led Hello Kitty Compacts, and only received one and am still currently trying to get this second situation resolved. I did make a very lengthy attempt to speak with a Manager, and then a Supervisor, but would you believe they were ALL out to lunch. I insisted on holding, but the agent stated that she did not think I was able to do that. And I was astonished when I had not received my callback by the end of their work day.

Okie so i placed a order and quickly noticed i order the wrong item. Originally i just wanted to edit the order and noticed there no like zero customer service. I emailed instagram and fb them according to other reviews and still nothing. I asked a friend about her experience with them and she said items came broken and scratched and she wasn't able to send it back because the never answered. If you google reviews you’ll 2 stars every where but magically when you link into it, it changes to 5 stars on there site hmm ?.. anyway after reading reviews which i should've done first i quickly noticed it was a mistake ordering from this company, you don't get what you pay for and you wont even have the option for customer service in case of emergency !

These people are thieves!!!! Don't Buy!

These people are thieves! they stole my money. They DON'T! answer the phone and they Don't respond to emails! I ordered two mirrors from them for a shop that I planed to open, three days later I ran into a issue and I was not able to move forward with opening the shop so I sent an email and requested that they cancel my order and issue a refund. No one responded, I called no one responded, a few days later I get a email saying that My order had already shipped, Ok fine not an issue, I figured once it arrived I could call and get it shipped back. NO.... I call no one answers, I send several messages and would get interment responses that weren't helpful at all!, I go on their website and request a return label and get nothing. I CALL, I CALL, I CALL, and nothing! After more than a week with no response I got so frustrated I decided to drive up to a UPS store with both packages to ship them back myself! I ended up paying $523 to have both boxes sent back. Later I called UPS and filed a complaint because the boxes were left without my signature. UPS agreed to reimburse me but had to issue me new tracking numbers for the boxes. I send them an email explaining everything and they send me a message back saying that my UPS tracking numbers are invalid. I contact UPS and they assure me that everything is fine. I send them a picture of the proof of delivery with the date, time, location, and the receiver of the packages. And ask for the status of my refund and have heard nothing sense. They are ignoring my emails, and are not answering the phone. This company should not be in business. They straight up stole $1,000 from me. Now they have my money and the Mirrors that I Paid for. Im still trying to figure out how this is happening to me. I will be filling a police report, this is Fraud!!! I'm pissed! I hate this company and everyone apart of it! and I intend to tell the world, just how slimy they are.

I haven’t opened my package yet but I can say it came in very quickly and I’m very shocked since I live all the way in Canada along the east coast . I’m happy that it came on time without any complications

Customer service? What customer service? theirs is pathetic!

Customer service is seriously lacking. I ordered something from them and cancelled the next day due to exorbitant shipping cost. They finally replied to my cancellation request over two weeks after I contacted them. The problem being that the order has been shipped over a week ago. But They will send me a label! oh what wonderful news!
These people suffer from gross incompetence do not attempt at doing business with them: they are insufferable!

Let me WARN YOU NOW! Don't buy anything from
Impression Vanity. Their customer service is horrible. I ordered a vanity and some other items, but unfortunately had to cancel my order before it was shipped. I emailed and called for several days and got ignored. My credit card company has been trying to reach them and they are also avoiding them.. after several attempts of trying to reach Alicia Diaz, and I got not one response. I reached out to their support email and got ignored. I reached out on Instagram and someone responded they would advise customer service to CANCEL my order.
Their customer service number they advertised doesn't work, nor do they answer the phone. This company is charging thousands of dollars for vanities yet can't provide 100% customer service. The sad part is their taking advantage of people during a pandemic.
Today after 4 days of being ignored they had the audacity to not only send me an email saying my items have shipped, I was charged $174.00 just for shipping.
They Have the WORST customer service I've ever seen in my life. This isn't worth the troubles or frustration. Seek another option but this! They really suck!

They cancelled my order instead of…

They cancelled my order instead of shipping my order after speaking with a them on Instagram. This was a birthday gift from my boyfriend that he ordered me MONTHS ago. They decided to randomly refund my order without explaining why, a week after customer service sent me a tracking number. This is definitely not a company I would want to support.
